SINGER BIOGRAPHY:
Joseph is a prize-winning postgraduate student at the Royal Academy of Music, where he studies with Mark Wildman and Janet Haney. A first class graduate of St John’s College, Cambridge where he sang in the College Choir, in recent years he has been a member of the Sir Arthur Bliss Lieder Scheme at Pembroke College, and a Scholar with Voces8, with whom he continues to work in their Education Team.
Recent performances include Remendado (Carmen) for Royal Academy Opera, Male Chorus (The Rape of Lucretia) the Evangelist role in Bach's 'St John Passion' and ‘Christmas Oratorio’, Handel’s ‘Messiah’, and Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni) and Lysander (A Midsummer Night’s Dream) for Opera Scenes at the Royal Academy of Music. He also maintains a busy schedule of consort and choral work, including as a member of the professional quartet at Holy Trinity Church, Sloane Square.
