EXCELLENT Mental health resources

Mental health is a huge consideration at this time. Here are some resources:

Musicians' Union have a list of organisations and advice regarding mental health support for artists. 

Music Minds Matter is a branch of Help Musicians UK dealing specifically with mental health.


Leapers is a fantastic resource for supporting the mental health of self-employed and freelance workers throughout multiple industries.  

Function Central

This is a comprehensive guide to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of musicians. It covers everything musicians, and those who work with musicians, need to know.

Mind UK also has a number of resources available, as well as excellent advice.
