1. APPLICANT INFORMATION

Please ensure you have removed your name and photo from your CV before uploading.
The closing date for applications is 5pm, Friday 25th October 2024. We aim to inform applicants of our decision no later than November 22nd 2024.
All applications will be anonymised before the selection process. The SWAP’ra senior management team will shortlist applications. Final decisions will be made by an impartial panel of four comprising a SWAP'ra Trustee, a representative from Britten Pears Arts, a previous retreat attendee and an independent industry figure.
Please also complete our anonymous Equality & Diversity monitoring form. This does not form any part of the selection process.
There will be photography and some filming of the retreat in addition to the audition arias. No sensitive or personal elements of the retreat will be captured on film.
References are a significant portion of the application, and it is important that they offer insight in to your professional practice and commitment to a career as an opera singer.
