SINGER BIOGRAPHY:

Rania Bailey is a versatile and passionate vocalist with a 4+ octave range and a love for performing across genres including opera, jazz, and metal. Her recent highlights include La Traviata with Preston Opera, The Magic Flute with Tealeaf Opera, The Marriage of Figaro with Apassionare Opera, guest vocal features with artists such as Sheldon Grey and Theo Harvey, and a featured performance with Besses o' th' Barn Brass Band at an evening commemorating the life and works of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. A Music graduate from the University of Chichester, Rania also plays piano, flute, and saxophone, and works as a freelance voice actor. She recently completed her studies at the Veneto Opera Summer School in Bassano del Grappa, Italy under Matteo Dalle Fratte, where she developed her expressive Italian diction and operatic technique through the Melofonetica Method. Performing at venues across the UK throughout the year, Rania brings strong musicianship, collaboration skills, and a deep passion for storytelling through song to every performance.
