SINGER BIOGRAPHY:

British Baritone Harrison Robb is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, where he received his MA in Vocal Studies. He also has a BA in Music with first-class honours from the University of Bristol. Harrison is currently part of the Royal Academy Opera School, learning with Alex Ashworth and Anna Tilbrook. His studies are generously supported by the Norman Ayrton Award, the Champniss Foundation, and the Sybil Tutton Award from Help Musicians UK. Harrison most recently performed the role of Escamillo in Bizet’s Carmen with Royal Academy Opera, previously performing as Ananias in Britten’s Burning Fiery Furnace. In Opera Scenes he has presented the roles of Rangoni in Boris Godunov, Mr Shiner in Under the Greenwood Tree, Sam in Trouble in Tahiti, Eddie in Greek, Nardo in La Finta Giardiniera and Masetto in Don Giovanni. As a soloist, Harrison has performed a wide range of oratorio nationwide, including Handel’s Messiah, Verdi’s Requiem and Vaughan-William’s Five Mystical Songs. In 2024 he received the Audience Prize at both the Ashburnham English Song Awards and the Dean and Chadlington Summer Music Festival.
